Looks sleek and fast. Detail on the bird looks pretty good. Framing is right on.
Nice light and good exposure.
The slightly topside view is good as well.
I think this could use a bit of CW rotation.

The slightly angled banking pose saved the "pancake" wing positions here - good thing! The subject could benefit from some spot removal IMO. I love the subtle water texture to the BG.
Colin, looks good from here. Not easy to get the details in whites and blacks as you did. Framing might be a tad loose by some standards but I like it here.

This is one of the best images you've posted; it's an interesting subject in action with good exposure and details. Would be a bit stronger if he was looking a bit more towards you, but the isolation from the water makes for a
striking image regardless. Yes to a bit of CW rotation.
