Hi Jon, like the queuing up, shows how demanding these fledglings can be. The RHS sparrows looks where the focus was, the parent appears I think at tad 'course', but that might be the laptop. Is it mottling or noise in the underwing of the parent? The prop is what it is, but I feel the rather bland green backdrop could be improved with some variation in, just not keen on this type of backdrop, but that's personal I guess. Wonder if it's a hint of magenta creeping in that my eyes are seeing? A tad off the top wouldn't hurt IMHO.

Thanks Steve, now you mention it I also see magenta. For some reason the background (my lawn) was noisy, the image could have taken +0.3 stop but I was surprised how uneven the grass was, that is why I didn't do anything to emphasise any texture - but I will have another looks when I correct the colour. The underwing I think is also a bit noisy, other images in the sequence showed slightly less noise.

OK Jon, it's lawn rather than bushes/shrubs, which I think may add rather than detract here, but just my personal preference rather than a green sheet of Colourama. Doubt you can pull anything more out, but agree it could withstand a slight increase in Exp. Not sure any colour correct will help the BKG?

A neat frame for sure. I like the pose on all the birds. Very nice background.

    Jon, great action here.

I see a bit of what Steve may see in terms of coarseness on the adult. Also a bit of noise on bkg as you noted.

A cute frame for sure, tfs

Jonathan: Great to see a feeding action shot like this...not that many posted here. Love the pose on each bird. Agree with Steve's points.
