Hi all. Here's another Osprey from my recent shoot. This one has no BG distractions, and I like the natural gradient style sky. I tried a number of crops and settled on this one. Hope you like it.

    Paul:

Love the nice dorsal display of the near wing, sharp, nice contrast and detail. Faint cloud banks give a bit more depth to the sky. Well exposed.

Wish the head was a bit more towards us, and just a bit sharper. A bit more bank to show more of the far wing would be a plus.

    Cheers

Although I didn't get round to commenting on your last Osprey shot I did think it was your recent best. Unfortunately this one doesn't;t quite hit the same standards due to the far wing position and the head being a little soft and turned a few degrees away from us. Colours on the bird and the light are really nice though

    Thanks all for the feedback.
Arash: Funny really...I like this one better than my previous one. Apart from the slight softness in the face I love the near wing position and detail. Different strokes I guess.
