    Hi John — i liked the spot lighting . The BG makes the subject stand out . Wonder how it might appear in BW conversion ? WDYT ?

    Like the framing here John and the strong light, albeit I do feel the blacks are pushed. I think 1/2500 is a little excessive.

    Nice posture of the doe with the pricked up ears and the catchlight in the eyes is very nice. The bg makes her stand out, butwhy does the grass look like its been painted? Something in PS?

    I like this John, the lighting on the doe is just beautiful, the base of grass looks good and I like the hint of leaves in the upper part of the image.

    I like this as well...Lovely POV and the greens coming through the dark BG is nice. Good pose and detail on the Doe...Also like your chosen crop.
