Pose is decent and the head looks nice and sharp, so those are a good start. This is a big bird, and I think you have a decent amount of him in focus given angle of approach. The bird is tight in the frame, particularly at left,
so I'd loosen the crop if you can. Clearly shot on an overcast day, but the frame might tolerate a bit of warming. Wish the wings were slightly higher, but dark wing tip behind the head actually helps the eye pop a bit more.

Sharp right where it needs to be. Love the complimentary BG and it looks like there are more details to be had under the near wing but I like it as is. Only wish you caught this beauty just a little earlier in the flight and better separation of the head and far wing. TFS
