    Default Blue-winged Warbler

Taken yesterday at Busch Wildlife Conservation Area. Full frame plus. Added some canvas from other images in the sequence. I was using audio and the bird flew in and landed right in front of me.
No sharpening applied while processing, straight size reduction for posting. Handsome birds.

These are such pretty little warblers. Nice detail; better near the shoulder than the top of head. Nice head turn. Well captured.

Lovely bird, pleasing pose. Perhaps a tad oversaturated and the black feathers to the left of the eye do not show any detail..WDYT?

Really nice Jack. Perfect body position and HA. Good DOF throughout although critical focus looks like it was on the shoulder and not the head.
Agree with toning down the yellows slightly.
Great bird to have in your portfolio,
    Gail

Beautiful warbler Jack! I like how the bird is framed by the leaves, HA, details and composition.

I dropped the saturation on the yellows a little, sharpened the head a little, and got a little more detail out of the black in front of the eye.

Very pleasing mage of a great bird. Fun when they cooperate like that! Yes, the repost is slightly better. Good "digital thnking" by adding canvas form subsequent frames. A sliver more at the bottom for the leaf tips would be great as well.

Very nice frame of this warbler. Like the overall setting. The pose and the perch as nice as well.
