    Hi John, I prefer this one, but you clipped the tail which is unfortunate, unless not was hidden by something? Techs converted in previous thread. If you correctly balance the file you can remove the slight tint cast. Based on numbers as I'm away, dropping the Exposure a fraction and run some NR I think you can improve the image to where it needs to be. Are these habituated to folk, can you get out of the car, very slowly?

    Getting to photograph different subject and conditions John will bolster your skill set.

    Nope. This was a one off in the right place at the right time kind of deal. Yes the tail was hidden again.

    I like the intent stare of the fox and the head angle, together with the pricked ears they suggest focusing on something. Nice detail in the fur. Only saw a fox once, but too away for a decent shot.
