    Default Cliff Swallows feeding midair

    Model = Canon EOS-1D Mark II N
    Exposure Time = 1/1250"
    F Number = F8
    Exposure Program = Manual
    ISO Speed Ratings = 400
    Metering Mode = Spot
    Flash = Flash fired, compulsory flash mode
    Focal Length = 400mm
    Color Space = sRGB
    Exposure Mode = Manual exposure
    Handheld using Bushhawk

    I was photographing Cliff Swallows in flight and saw some action out of the corner of my eye. I swung the camera over and fired off a few quick blams. It happened so fast, I thought they were fighting. When I got home and found this, I was quite happy to say the least.

    What an outstanding photo! I wonder if this is normal behaviour for these birds?

    Photographing swallows in flight is difficult. They move so fast. This is just impresive. BIG congrats!!!
