Hello Volkan, speaking from a 7DII, but similar:
1- Anti-flicker off. This is not applicable for any outdoor photography. Only good for indoors where fluorescent lighting is present.
2- I've got mine set to: 1st image, release priority. 2nd image, equal priority. I tried other settings, but these worked best for me. You may want to experiment...gulls are excellent test subjects for these types of trials :-)

You may also want to slow the frame rate down too Volkan ie 14 to 10, so the AF can perform a little better, but in low light the frame rate when set to Equal Priority may also slow down. Good advice by Dan, however just remember, if the subject is coming towards you, the lens will need to work quicker as it gets closer and so keep a good DoF like f/8 so you don't runout of DoF.

    1. don't care for VF shooting (it's for LV shooting under LED/florescent light)
    2. pretty much don't care for the 1DXII, it makes little difference in practice. I had it on half way between focus and release
