3 Green Heron chicks I spent 3 mornings with last August
before they fledged. A dream photo opportunity.
I won the OregonWild 2019 photo contest with one of them and
have posted a couple others here.
    I have hundreds.
This was shot at f13 for some reason, it worked although it
    added a ton of noise.
PP in C1P took care of it.

look good Dan love the three and the fact that all three are relatively sharp at the same time, on my screen the image is a bit too bright I'd decrease the brightness by ~1/3-1/2 stops. excellent handling of high ISO

Closing down served you well as you got all three and the interesting perch within DOF without bringing in the BG too much. Also handled NR fairly well. I love this canvas overall. TFS

Hi Dan, nice to have a nice view of the three. Perch, background and HA all good. I agree the the image appears a little bright. Fun image, thank you for sharing.

First of all, big congrats on your win. I had a look at the contest winner (s) and enjoyed viewing.
Wonderful interaction with 3 in focus birds!
I love the 2 birds with the beaks just touching and the third birds' foot wrapped around the moss.
BG colors are great as is the perch.
I agree that 1/3 stop decrease in exposure would be good.
I see a cloning line in LUC and dust bunny near RUC.
    Lovely shot!

Really like the two on the left with the bills almost touching. Nice perch and framing.
