    I was sitting in wait for big red, this fellow flew in, picked up something, ran and stopped. This beauty was a little too far but perfectly lit. So, I grabbed the shot. We were the only two on this stretch of beach and I'm glad I have this reminder of the moment. It's not always about the pixels...

    Quite beautiful photo. Low angle light and background colors nicely captured. Crop does not bother me, the result work.

    I would move the bird a bit to the right and sharpen....

    These birds are small so this works well to me. In regards to the bird being small in the frame. Agree about the sharpening.
