Hi all another older file from Helgoland ...
Image taken in last evening light ... color of the cliffs is natural , amplified by the warm evening light .
No other option for a better shooting angle .... staying at the cliffs and shooting downward .

    Hope you like it .

Really like the setting on this one. Nice poses and light. Framing is right on as well.

I'd echo John's comments and add sweet EXP as well. Are those rocks in the ocean as BG? TFS

Even the shadows are nice and soft.

I think this is a wonderful image. Cliffs a re lovely, and the wider crop gives a great sense of the scene. Exposure and detail look great - love the scaly feet - and the calling bird adds just the right amount of action
to an otherwise peaceful scene. I don'd mind the shooting angle at all. Ocean BG is very nice.

you made the best from the shooting angle you had, I like how the hind bird (female?) is calling from behind....colors look nice especially the warm light

Great environment and behavior shot. I hope you weren't standing on a similar perch taking the shot!

You should do more bird photography Andreas - you're not to bad!at it! Pleasing composition and colours and pretty importantly the bill on the left bird does not intersect with the bird on the right.
