    This pair of Arctic Terns was enjoying a romantic interlude when another bird flew in a bit too close, and destroyed the moment. From Iceland in May 2019.

    D500, Sigma 150-600C @ 280mm, ISO 800, 1/3200s @ f/7.1 manual.

    Perfect EXP for these hard to expose beauties. You got that eye separated from the dark cap quite well. I also like the pose on both, clearly squawking at something off to our left. You handled the challenge of DOF (to get both in reasonable focus, while not bringing in the close vegetation too much). Especially being that close. With those spread wings I also like the overall composition. TFS

    The pose of both birds in nice. Like how they have their bills open and about the same amount. The light looks a little harsh but you handled it well.
