A fine shot of the elusive grey ghost. Great wing position, lovely background. Well done.

Excellent shot Dan! One I would be very happy with. I'm very jealous of these harrier frames. There are extremely few good shots of our european equivalent.
I think the strongest feature of this frame is the beautiful background, both showing depth and layers whilst not competing for attention with the bird. Grey and blue go very well together here.
Bird looks good too, nice wing position, exposure and details. I might try to reduce the highlights on the tail and bring out some more details there. A small headturn would have been nice but not much you could do about that.

A beautiful image, I like the pose and colouration.
A minor suggestion maybe take a small slice off the RHS.

Looks spot on all around. Really like that two toned background.

Thanks Gail, but not quite, his Harriers are always looking at him, I shot 450 frames yesterday of
this guy, a lot of good ones, but
Only in ONE frame did the Gray Ghost look at me!

Killer BG. Nice downstroke and fanned tail towards us. HA is ok. These guys so rarely look over at you, despite being skittish -- I've never really wrapped my head around that one. TFS

Wonderful capture of this beauty, Dan. Great pose and the perfect background for this gray ghost.
