Ventured out to a local grassland preserve yesterday afternoon for the first time after the Park Commission had conducted a prescribed controlled burn of specific parts of the grassland several days ago. There was a female Northern Harrier, flock of American Robins, Song Sparrows, and a group of about ten American Tree Sparrows. All of which were dining in the burned area on the ground. Captured this American Tree Sparrow in the late afternoon. C&C welcome.
