    I made this image in Lajolla Shores CA.

    Manual; Matrix metering




    Post Processing:-

    Raw Processing using C1P 20
    Uncropped, Image Levelled
    Nik 30-30 Filter on Bird at reduced opacity
    Tonal Adjustments in Viveza
    Neat Image NR
    Sharpening for Presentation
    Cloned few spots on water

    Well exposed, good shooting angle and bird angle in frame, the color harmony is very nice between the blues and tans. Effective DOF.

    Great view of this godwit. Love the color in the water. Framing is right on as well. Detail is very nice.

    Hi Krishna, excellent low perspective, and I do like the soft light in this. The feather detail shows up nicely, and I like how the water BG fades into the smooth upper BG.

    I really like this Krishna, I think the bright plumage is very well rendered. The background going from blue to light brown really compliments the scene.

    Beautiful image, and I love the water trailing off the legs. I do find the image a touch bright overall, but no one else mentioned it so perhaps it's just me
