    Default Osprey Nest Building

This is another from our stop at the Osprey nest. The Osprey in the image returned to the nest with a fish. The Osprey that was on the nest snatched the fish and flew to a nearby tree to eat the fish. This Osprey began arranging sticks in the nest, carefully placing them in a order that I do not know. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Joe:

I like the nearly level shooting angle, the blood on the feathers near the beak, good bg.

I might try to tease out a bit more detail in the whites on the head.

You have a very neat spot to work them. Keep the photos coming. Look forward to when the chicks hatch.

Nice you found a nest at eye level. I like the behavior here. Nice background. Also like the soft light. I can see a cloning make on the vertical stick on the right.

You're very luck to have an eye level view, but the sticks/nest really overpower the bird in this instance, particularly the one directly across the chest. You should be able to get some great action shots as the
adults deliver food to young, so I'm looking forward to those.

Thanks everyone for viewing and commenting, much appreciated.

Here is a edit and repost, I worked on the suggestions made and also think this is a better white balance/colors.
