    I captured this image along 10 Mile Grade Road in Zolfo Springs, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Nikon 80-400mm F/4.5-5.6 VRII AF-S ED, image captured at 400mm
    1/1250 F/5.6 Matrix Metering EV +1 ISO 1600 Auto 1 WB, HH using the SUV as a blind
    Post processed in Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC 2020 and Neat Image for noise reduction
    Cropped for composition and presentation

    Fits the theme nicely. Framing is right on. Perch is cluttered. But really like the two toned background here.

    This is a very nice and natural look at this species; it's exactly how I seem them when I'm birdwatching. Detail on the bird is good, and the two-toned BG works well with the wider framing. The perch is busy but not awful. It might be a bit more workable if not for the out-of-focus bit down and right of bird. You could clone out the leftmost sprig to streamline the perch a bit. I do like the detailed view of the gripping feet though.

    I love this. Nice to see it on a perch other than a post. Great head angle. Sharp, and well-balanced comp. Nicely done Joe.

    Very nice Joe.
    I think the two toned BG is what elevates this image.
    Agree with Dorian about cloning out the left most twig.
