    how'd you get that lens!!!!!!? i didnt think it had come out yet. and do give us a review!!! pic looks good!! i actually think that crazy background compliments the simplicity of the flower. be interesting to hear what the macro peeps say!

    Agree on the flower but not crazy on the bg !! Would prefer to blur some more, the lines are competing for attention !!! Exposure looks good and it is razor sharp !!! ............... what about that lens !!!! :)

    The lens showed up late this afternoon so all I could shoot were a few flowers. It sure is a solid beast, feels very well constructed and AF focus is very quick. I will try more tomorrow.

    Hi Sid - agree with teh above flower is good - but BG doesn't do anything r me.

    LOL This sounds like a bunch of Lens junkies. ;)

    Sid, I do like the flower. It's a lovely shade of pearl pink. And I do think that the bg is a bit distracting.

    Do let us know about that lens. ;)
