Just thought I would try something different. I really enjoy what people here are doing to creat something different. I am not good at photoshop so this is a first exploration....a tufted puffin who looked like trouble looking for a place to happen.

Carol, could you elaborate on the process that you did to get your photo to this point? I'd love to know what you've done here!

Thank you both for your kind words, I have learned so much from this forum in such a short time.
Jules, I can assure I didn't do anything elaborate. I think I just took the photo, did a duplicate layer, did neon edges in the PSE filter menu and adjusted opacity. I am really not capable of much more at this point.
