    Default Ethereal Mourning Dove

    This dove was captured yesterday. I thought the snowy background gave it a rather ethereal feel. I left the dove a bit lighter than I normally would to play up this effect. I wish I had a bit more DOF on the back, but I was pushing the limits already, and probably just wasn't going to get anymore at this distance.

    D810. f/10. ISO 3200. 500 PF

    Small crop for comp. Post in LR and PS.

    Nice you were close enought to get a portrait. Like the framing and the snow. I can see your house in the catchlight. Background is pretty neat.
