    Good light and detail. Topside view not great though and the environment is a bit fussy.
    I think the bits poking out from the bird's rear could be removed.

    I like the detail, and whilst environment is messy, its natural. That said, I like Colins idea of removing the twigs around the rear end. If you reduce the blues and magentas i the twigs, and add a little vibrance to the bird I think this will help with the overall look.

    One of your better frames IMHO, will be all the bit nicer with a little extra TLC in post

    Great look at the heron.
    There is a magenta/purple cast to the image and once you fix that, you have a good frame.
