Personally I feel it's over sharp and with contrast added, you get a 'crunchy' appearance highlighted in the face.
Is this a large crop? Also are you using LR to process the Raw, if so DON"T use the preset WB Adobe Colour!!!!
Paul, I'm again away, but taking your OP I just tried to balance out the image and reduce the colour casts within the original post & RP.
