    Neat looking tern. Has a mediu sized bill compared to the terns i see over here. The image looks sharp. Wish the far wing was up or down more. But thats the way she goes.

    Nice view of the fanned tail. Nice and sharp.
    I think the light angle hurt you here.The face and eye are in shadow which is to bad.

    A good attempt Paul, these are really hard birds to get a well lit shot of and my recycle bin is full of failures! I hadn't heard of it called the Great Crested Tern before.
