Beaitiful image excellent detail, I suspect peculiar lighting conditions but nevertheless I feel the colour balance is a little skew whiff.

I see a significant color cast (magenta) on the bird. Fix that and you have a very solid image of the GBH,

Classic pose of this great blue. Wish i had so many blue herons around i would ignore them. The background is great. Agree about the cast on the bird.
