    I captured this image of a adult and fledgling Florida Burrowing Owls in Cape Coral, Florida. I feel very special when I can sit quietly capturing images as the birds going about their normal activities, trusting I mean no harm. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Nikon 80-400mm F/4.5-5.6 VRII AF-S ED, image captured at 400mm
    1/2000 F/8 Matrix Metering EV 0 ISo 900 Auto 1 WB, camera supported by a monopod
    Post processed in Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC 2020 and Neat Image for noise reduction
    Cropped from 2x3 to 4x5 vertical for composition and presentation

    Nice view of these owls. A tender moment for sure. Detail looks quite nice as well. Framing is right on.
