Hi John, I like the framing, low POV and the relaxed nature of the buck. DoF looks about right here, likewise sharpening and I feel not having contact with the viewer works. I hint more NR will I think help the BKG, likewise darkening the top half of the backdrop & FG, all doable in LR. As I said before John, if in the coming new year you can get to grips with Curves, then the images will really move one big time. here I just added a small Cures adjustment and a Levels one to get more tonal range in, albeit on the laptop.

Hi John, a nice pose from the Buck with good BG though I agree with more NR on the BG as Steve showed. Good points from Steve for us to learn.

Steve’s RP definitely makes thing better . Even though I quite liked the OP at first but Steve’s subtle adjustments makes it even better .
