Nice pastel palette and whites look good.
I feel that the color balance needs to be tweaked a bit- the bill looks too orange?

I love their blue eyes, it looks really good here too. I'd be OK with a bit more room at left, but OK as is too. Was there something reflecting its' colour back up onto the ibis?
