Very nice pose and exposure, Kambiz. I like the habitat, a
lthough I wish for more clearance between the legs and the vegetation. Habitat is very nice, but I'd clone out a couple of distracting branches at the bottom of the frame. NR is way too strong as I can't see any feather detail - I'm sure ISO 2500 is no issue with the D5 so def worth a revisit in terms of processing. I think this could be a really good image with some TLC

iso2500 should not require any NR on the bird.....

Thanks guys for the feedback... Here is a second attempt at processing based on your feedback... I should also mention that this is a rather large crop...

Nice downstroke pose. Like the grasses. They give a nice sense of the environment.
