I captured this image in February this year at Gatorland, Orlando, Florida. After photographing at the rookery in the alligator breeding pond exiting leads one past the area where this bird and other parrots are kept. Most time I stop for a few clicks if the area is not crowded. The area is small, so distance from the subject is limited as are choices for backgrounds but with careful choosing good photos are possible. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.
