Some of my pre-sunrise snow goose fly-in birdscapes appeared a bit washed out to me. Maybe over-exposed; maybe the Auto WB? For whatever reason, I've taken a few liberties with the saturation, s/h and contrast sliders on this frame. It may not be quite what the camera saw, but it's sort of the way it looked to me at the time. Somewhat like an old western movie poster. In any case I liked it. WDYT?

I like it too. Sometimes it's just difficult to make justice of the scene that was presented at the time. You did a good job, a couple of wingtips barely peaking in at top left corner that could disappear IMO (and maybe a few other cut birds here and there, but not all of them), but all-in-all nicely done.
Nice one Bill. Colors and scene look great. You have a really great color gradient moving up the image. Would look great printed big. I agree with Dan that you could do a bit of edge clean up, but I didn't really notice it until I read his comment. TFS
Very pleasing colours Bill, I downloaded the image and played with colour balance but I agree with your interpretation, the composition is equally pleasing.
Like this one a lot, Bill. Very nice tonal ranges, and all the subtle and clear detail in the darker areas. Beautiful colors in the sky, great silhouetted incoming Snow Geese and nice cropping.
