    Good solid portrait.
    I think you should have been at a F8 to get more DOF. You had lots of SS and ISO to do so.
    I think this needs a bit more contrast and I would sharpen the eye area a bit more.

    Good comp and exposure. That ibis looks larger than life!! I agree with more dof, and a bit more sharpening for web presentation (images are often tack-sharp, but then lose some of the crispness during resizing).
