unusual bird no posted here thanks for sharing it, nice soft light, I like the details in head, neck and that long bill. I wish it had a better wing position, especially the near wing. The dark areas look noisy and have lost detail, can't believe it is so noisy at ISO 100 a bit too large in the frame too

I am looking at this image and thinking about a full up stroke or full down stroke wing position.

Apart from that everything else looks nice. I agree bird is a too tight in the frame.

    I like the eye.

Thanks Arash and Krishna, I'll check the crop, .....I agree there should not have been any noise, your eyes and monitor are better than mine, I must admit, I don't see any appreciable noise at present.

    What a great bird!
    Tack sharp, nice light.
Perfect HA and I like the muddy trailing feet. I do not see any noise.
Agree with the others about a better wing position but I would take this in a heartbeat!
    Good one Jonathan!

Nice flight frame of this stork. I don't mind the pose as is. I would remove those darker areas along the bottom of the frame. Nice and sharp.

I imagine it was gliding in, with no other wing position offered for this sequence. But yes, more up or down would be nice. Sharp, well exposed. A bit of dark smudging along lower edge could be removed.
