Captured image of this gorgeous creature in mid stride on a walkway at the edge of a public pond a few weeks ago. C&C welcome.

    D500, Sigma 150-600 C @ 350mm, 1/2500s, f 5.6, Handheld, ISO 2000.
Did some cleanup on the walkway.

Very nice, Geoffrey. Good detail and view of the feet. I think there might be a yellow color cast to this image, but I'll let the others chip in as I'm not familiar with this species. Love the water droplets on the bird's belly.

Yes, a lovely shot of this cute, colourful Duck. Would have been nice to get a degree or two towards us in the HA, but it's a minor nitpic. I'm not seeing any yellow cast on my monitor.

Nice view of this female. Nice detail on the bird and the pose is nice as well.

Nice pose and a real treat to see the feet.
I agree that there is a yellow cast to the image.
Nice pOV and image is sharp.
I might lower the brightness of the BG a bit.
    Very nice frame Geoffrey!

What a riot to see them walking down the sidewalk. Nicely captured.

Very Nice post and High Key Look.

Agree with yellow cast. I have found it difficult to judge the color cast of Wood ducks specially the females. Selective color in Photoshop will definitely help.
