My initial sightings of tiger were everything I expected and nothing I wanted, word gets around there's a visible tiger and before you know it there's a dozen jeeps converging on one spot and continually jostling for best position - chaos! I do have shots of tigers in the road .....but they are not what I wanted.
This was an encounter before the hoards arrived and this closer to what I wanted. I appreciate it is cluttered and messy but this is a tiger in a jungle.
The tiger was stalking a jackal in the jungle, we didn't realise this until she suddenly charged, then we caught a glimpse of the jackal, he was running like the clappers! The tiger effortlessly closed the gap, those leaps and bounds really cover an enormous distance, the guide reckoned the jackal stood no chance of escape.
You may not like the image, that's fine I have a thick skin so don't hold back! I do have "cleaner images... more to follow
