    I captured this image recently at Lake Morton in Lakeland, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Nikon D500
    Nikon 80-400mm F/4.5-5.6 VRII AF-S ED, image captured at 400mm
    1/1250 F/5.6 Matrix Metering EV +1/3 ISO 360 Auto 1 WB, camera supported by a monopod
    Post processed in Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC 2020 and Neat Image for noise reduction
    Cropped for composition and presentation

    Nice light and low POV.
    The still water has given you a nice reflection.
    I wish we could see the ring on this ring-necked duck.
    The head (eye/forehead) is not tack sharp to my jet-lagged eyes. I can't decide if head is or isn't sharp. I will let others weigh in!

    Hi Gail, welcome back. Thank you for viewing and commenting. I worked on the image again this morning and reposted it. I think it is improved. Not sure why but these ducks always look a little funky, especially the eye. Thanks again.

    The reflection is nice. Also like the ripples in the water. Looks sharp to me.
