These guys look great at this time of year. We are fortunate to have a spot with a bunch of them that are used to people and allow very close approach.

    Daniel:

Lovely display of this multi colored species. Fall is def. the best time for them, with the color in the water. Very calm image (that's a good!)

    Cheers

Hi Dan, a beautiful bird... I have to agree with you how good these birds look this time of year, even in Florida. Tech spot on, lovely background. Thank you for sharing.

Beautiful colors, low POV, misty BG. What's not to like.

Gorgeous frame Dan! Agreed with all the positives already mentioned. The only thing I'd change is to clone out the stray white specks on the bird's breast as they draw my eye slightly.

A really beautiful frame! Love the low angle and the misty effect in the BG.
    Perfect HA. Exposure is perfect.
If you wanted to, you could evict the specular round highlight on the waterline near the LHS and the 2 little specks ? raindrops near top of frame but that is a really minor issue.

Looks great all around. Nice pose and framing of the bird. Like the low angle and the background/water color.
