Krishna, this look to be a bit over-exposed. There is a lot more texture available in the whites if you can bring it back a bit.

I like the soft, multi colored background with enough detail to establish the scene, but not distract. The whites do seem right on the edge on my monitor, but most values were in the 240 range, with a few on the back of neck in 250ish range. I could see lowering them just a sliver, but they are pretty darn close.

I did some dodging on the bird which might have pushed the whites up. I processed this image from my laptop, and they looked ok to me. I will check it on my big screen.
