    I like the BG and the display of habitat, lovely colors. The lower part of the perch is a bit busy and the clipped tails doesn't help it either. the bird is a bit soft and needs more sharpening, too bad much of the tail is OOF. I imagine you could have walked back a few steps to get more of the bird inside DOF.

    I like the over the shoulder look, and shape of the bird in the image, maybe a little more of the frame bottom and yep a touch more sharpening.

    Magnificent bird, nice pose, colors, exposure. Agree with the other technical issues already mentioned. Hopefully you will have additional opportunities with this species!
