    This Great Pied Cormorant was very happy to pose for me, whilst I was flat on the ground.
    Canon 7Dii, 100-400@ 400mm, 1/400th sec, f6.3, iso500, AV mode HH. Very small crop. Cheers.

    Great eye contact, I like the subtle head tilt. Wish for a bit more DOF and perhaps a small crop from the right, partly for comp and partly to reduce the OOF highlights.

    Like the head on stare. Detail on the bird looks quite nice. The pose is right on.
