    Trying my luck with this high key effort, like the puffins.

    D850, 500mm + 1.4TC, 1/1600 at F/8, ISO 500, sun in wrong place...

    I would add some contrast and color to this.... It lacks sharp focus though....

    hmmm does look rough, shows it's not a good idea to do a hasty early morning resize and edit

    I agree something went wrong in the post processing, the image looks compressed and lacks definition

    I think lack of contrast hurts the image.

    I made the following changes and the image looks much better

    Selective Color -- Add points to Black and remove Black in Whites
    Saturation - Add few points to Red and yellows

    You can try the same.

    Hi Tim, love the image and the interaction. I agree with others regarding the lack of contrast, the image appears flat. Thank you for sharing.

    It looks sharp enough to me an only a bit fiunky. Definitley needs blacker BLACKS. Crazy cute interaction.

    The interaction is great. Nice view of all three birds. Im not sure this would qualify for high key for me.
