    I'm not sure if this is high-key enough to qualify for this months theme - if not, no worries.

    Anyway, this was one of my favourite shots from this years mini-break at Bempton cliffs, down at the south end of the reserve (Staple Newk), where if the wind is a certain direction the birds circle around looking for their preferred landing spot

    Love dorsal flight shots like this. Nice pose and the soft light brings out the detail nicely.

    Good wing spread, and detail. The bird is just slightly flying away from you. Background is sweet.

    I like background tones.

    I love the head angle and wing position.

    In my opinion, if the feet are not intersecting with the feathers, it would have been a stronger image ( A minor Point)

    Sweet shot, I would not call it high key, just lovely colors and nice flight pose.
