    I photographed this on Sanibel Beach 4-27-08 at 6:33 AM. Used Sony A-100 with a Sigma 50-500 lens at 360mm f/6.3 1/500 0ev Iso 250.

    A good job with the EXP in spite of being off angle to the light. Sharp. The birdie is too far forward in the frame... Would have liked to have seen the whole shell in front of the raised foot in the frame.

    Artie makes an excellent point about the crop. On my monitor, the bird looks like it could benefit from some additional sharpening. I would consider toning down the whites just a bit. Thanks for posting!

    Exactly!! I would also like to see it at a lower angle.

    Thanks for your comments. This was full frame no cropping As fast as these little guys are, I was lucky to get it all in the frame lol. John
