I captured this image of a Wood Stork at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Nikon D7000
Nikon 80-400mm F/4.5-5.6 VRII AF-S ED, image captured at 250mm
1/2000 F/5.6 Matrix Metering EV -2/3 ISO 220 Auto WB HH
Post processed in Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC 2019 and Neat Image for noise reduction, removed vegetation and out of focus stork on the left hand side for a cleaner look
    Cropped for composition and presentation

P.S. Learn more about Circle B Bar Reserve in the BAA Middle Florida Photography Site Guide that Artie and I co-authored. It is available on the Birds As Art Online Store.

Love the pose with view of target landing place. I think it would be better as vertical. You handled the harsh light well. TFS

Good incoming pose. There is a yellow cast on the bird's underparts, easy enough removed.

Hi Colin, thank you for viewing and commenting. I saw the yellow/green shading to breast and underparts when processing the image. I chose to leave it because it only affects those areas and is natural reflected light from the green foliage of the tree. It is much the shame as the blue cast on white feathers that are in shadows. Thanks again, very much appreciated.

The pose is nice also like the blue sky background. The tree not so sure.
