Superb light on the pretty beast, like the way the iris reflects the surrounding colours.
Dear John,
Another pretty fawn, lovely pose and the little leaf in its mouth such a nice touch Good techs and nicely processed too, lovely detail. The dark BG is great, helps create depth. Tempted to crop a tad more from the bottom as I feel that the portion of legs showing isn't doing much for the image, WDYT?
There's also a faint blue cast on the nose which you can remove in LR if you wish. The shadow is quite strong... I had the same issue with one of my images posted some time ago, removed it to some extent but was not happy with the result - perhaps Steve has some ideas, let us see what he has to say.
And the week-end is near so I hope you go 'out there' again and bring more images of the species, I enjoy each and one of them. Thank you so much for sharing
Kind regards,
Gabriela Plesea
Hi John, like the warm light, but wished the shadow on the back from the strong light wasn't there. Your call on the blue in the nose. Personally I would crop some more off the foot. could benefit from some more selective sharpening.
