    Great job catching him calling in flight !

    A bit tight in the frame for my taste.

    I like the calling pose and OOF branches and agree that it is a bit tight in the frame. I would prefer if the bird were more flying toward you. Keep them coming!

    Good timing to catch him calling but would like a tad more eye contact. The branches add a nice touch to the image and help to ground the image. Mor canvas to the left would strngthen this capture. Many thanks for sharing Richard .

    Light from the rear leaves the back of the neck looking over-EXP. This would have worked much easier with the wind behind you as the bird would have been flying towards you. And yes to too tight. Keep practicing and see the thread on photographing birds in flight in Educational Resources.

    Too tight in the frame. I also find the BG a little distracting. I would love to see this one in horizontal but I'm sure the BG will be too strong in the frame.

    I agree with Max, horizontal would look great.
