Love the overall soft light and colors both on the subject, perch and BG. Love that eye.

Like the pastel color palate and subdue mood of the image. Was this a staged setup?

Love the soft feel of this image! The raised foot adds interest. The light blue ring around the eye is just beautiful! I like the composition too. Solid frame, John!

Well done on this portrait John! The colors palete is very nice and the light is superb in the way it hits the eye and the head. The falling snow and the walking pose gives the image a needed action and interest.
Good details, comp and background too!

Yep pleasing colours and feel, I'm sure there's snow around.
