    Excellent pose and BG. I might tone down the whites a bit and sharpen less. If you use the magic wand tool to select the BG before NR, you won't get the noisy area around the bird.

    The banking pose is fantastic but I think this one is too mach sharpened. You have some noise around the bird, maybe due to an unadequate selective noise reduction on the BG. Axel give a very good suggestion to fix the problem. Sometimes is not easy to detect noise on the images we have been working on and to avoid that I use to creat a layer mask and play a little with the contrast/brightness sliders because this simple thing helps a lot to see our mistakes in the processing. Here is an example (I used a wjite line to draw the noise area)

    Nice capture, I like the flight banking angle. good details and colors. No nits from me, since they have been covered...:D
