He's a big bruiser if ever I saw one, makes my little red stag look diminutive!
I like the image, the misty looking background is appealing , there is some pleasing recession in the meadow and the elk looks well detailed.

Odd man out again :) I love everything about this but for the meadow/bush line bisecting the subject ... Best possible solution would have been getting a lot lower ...
