    I captured this image at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Nikon D500
    Nikon 80-400mm F/4.5-5.6 VRII AF-S ED + Nikon 1.4 II Teleconverter, image captured at 550mm
    1/2000 F/8 Matrix Metering EV +1/3 ISO 800 Auto 1 WB, camera supported by a monopod
    Post processed in Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC 2019 and Neat Image for noise reduction
    Cropped slightly for composition and presentation

    Classic portrait. Nice detail and framing. The blue water background is great. Maybe warm up the image a little.

    A bit more of a HA towards you would have been great.

    Hi Artie, thank you for viewing and commenting. I hear you and Gail regarding the HA. I was so close to this bird and with the TC attached I think much of a head turn would have softened the tip of the bill. This image was from May 2018, recently I have been archiving and filing images and came across this image. I thought I could improve on the post processing so I did it over and then posted it. Thanks again for chiming in, very much appreciated.
